Two problems I've got, first is one that I've been unable to solve for a while now, in my computer there are certain files that I can't seem to delete. None of them are even important to the the computer they were installed along with an online game called Mabinogi that I wanted to try but didn't like, and now every time I try to delete the Nexon folder it tells me that Destination Folder Access Denied and hitting try again just repeats the message.

And second actually has to do with the game Men at Work! 2, I wasn't playing anymore and decided it was about time to remove it from my system but after unistalling the eng patch the entire game folder disappeared as well, I imagined that this was normal but when I went to the Uninstall Programs section in Programs and Features I saw that the Japanese name of the was still listed only I couldn't do a thing to it.

Dunno if it might have anything to do with it but my OS is a Vista.

1) log in as admin ( if you re using a vista edition that has admin account that is ), start a command line by either selecting it from the start menu->programs->accessoires or by hitting meta key(the one with the windows or apple icon on it) and r (launches run dialog) and executing `cmd`
then cd to the installed directory's parent directory, eg
>d:
>cd "program files(x86)/random company"
if the game is installed in d:/program files(x86)/random company/game, and use del and deltree commands to delete everything
>del game/*
>deltree game

2) once again, get admin rights first. then launch regedit ( meta key + r -> type `regedit` ) and use the search function to get you all keys that contain the name `men at work`(or how it s written). if it s japanese you should be searching multiple times, with utf-8, sjis and jis7 string encoding.

Ok thanks for the help, but when I try to delete from the cmd I still get the access denied message even when using admin rights.

As for the second part I just needed to make sure, when I search I only need to delete what has the name listed under data heading and leave everything else right?

Use Unlocker program which is freeware to get rid of that nasty error screens. It can be found at [Only registered users can see links. ].

For the second, Try using Your Uninstaller! program but it's not a freeware though.

try to go to safe mode and there you delete..

Actually the problem has been fixed, but thanks for the extra info I'll be sure to keep those in mind.
