Rapid Antivirus <- is a rouge Spyware

apparently i got this spyware from an uncareful download i did. It automatically installs Rapid Antivirus, which is a fake antivirus program and shows fake virus reports.

Problem now is i will love to remove this thing from my computer. But now my computer runs so slow it takes at least 30min just to start up.......and when it does it usually freezes. And its equally slow when runned on Safe mode........Im seriously stuck and dont know what to do~~~

I already know that i must use some anti malware programme, but i cant even install it

Help!!!

The easy way... just format.. 100% clean no virus... trust me.

HAhahaa yeah 100% clean for sure, as well as all my important documents

You should always back up all your documents in an external hard drive so that you are always ready to reinstall or install another os at any time for whatever reason. Also, that way you can get something back in case you delete something accidentally.

Microsoft recommends reinstalling windows os every 6 month, due to the fact that there is just too many security issues to fix, and even if is not a security issue, windows os will just get too slow. windows os starts slowing down right from the first day, after 6 month, it becomes very slow.

That's why I recommend that you start looking at an alternative os.

Oh any learn what a registry is. And then realize that only windows os have and uses it. Hm...

my computer used to detect spyware in my computer and pop-ups multiples times, unable to open applications and unable to use task manager. I started using various type of anti-spywares but no luck.
finally,my friend advices me to use AVG. It removed 101 spywares,trojan,virus,registry errors in my computer. Now, no more pop-ups notice on spywares, can open applications and uses task manager now. you can download free at the link above.
