Find the Macro... if whatever you do is fruitless then the mother is still alive... I cannot help you though since I have to see it for myself. Root anything different in your settings or registry... then try to allocate her location... you can use a bait to make her eat and reveal her home...
I once deal with a nasty mother who locked herself inside my registry... she denied all registry editing (means no install or uninstall or update), disabled my antiviral and any search function. I found her after searching through DOS (lucky I keep 'em)... yes it is manual and quite an eyesore. Destroyed her nest (a folder and an exe)... captured her in a disk (I would love her MUCH much later...

)... and formatted my windows due to massive lock on registry... lose my items but I won the war...
Just make sure that you could find when and where you got the infection to avoid repeated blunder. If it is within your backed up program (CD's/DVD's) you may isolate it for your purpose truly or... simply glued that disc on your ceilings (makes a good starry rainbow sky at night with lights off)...
As for autorun... it is best to disabled it for removable flash disks ports... since most infections come from them.
What happens to her? Well... imagine what you'd like... but she is mine now...
