Sakurahana's Small USER FAQ

Again in your profile there is a place for an "Avatar" and avatar is the image under your name. Check with your Admin about the size of your avatar, it"s usually considered common courtesy to use one under 150 pixels wide.

Cookies

Sakurahana 採用 Session+Cookie 的雙重方式保存用戶信息，以確保在各種環境，包括 Cookie 完全無法使用的情況下您都能正常使用論壇各項功能。但 Cookies 的使用仍然可以為您帶來一系列的方便和好處，因此我們強烈建議您在正常情況下不要禁止 Cookie 的應用，Sakurahana 的安全設計將全力保證您的資料安全。

Sakurahana can use cookies to store your login information, last visit, and threads that you have read, but cookie is not required. Based on Sakurahana session database, you can visit without any cookies. But we do that cookies can make it easier for you when you are browsing forums, eg. they can save your account info in a period and you do not have to type username and password to login.

If you logout, your cookies will be cleared. To prevent your account to be abuse, logout when you are using a public computer.

Password

What is PM?

「短訊」是論壇註冊用戶間交流的工具，信息只有發件和收件人可以看到，收到信息後系統會出現鈴聲和相應提示 ，您可以通過短訊功能與同一論壇上的其他用戶保持私人聯繫。收件箱 或 控制面板 中提供了短訊的收發服務。

What are moderators?

Moderators oversee specific forums. They generally have the ability to edit and delete posts, move threads, and perform other manipulations. Becoming a moderator for a specific forum is usually rewarded to users who are particularly helpful and knowledgeable in the subject of the forum they are moderating.

How do i post a new message/topic/thread?

在論壇版塊中，點「發新帖」即可進入功能齊全的發帖界面。當然您也可以使用版塊下面的「快速發帖」發表新帖 (如果此選項打開)。注意，一般論壇都設置為需要登入後才能發帖。


When inside of a forum, clicking on "New Thread" or the image that represents that, will allow you to post. You need to fill in your information, a topic and a message, then click on the "Post New Thread" button to submit.

How do i reply to a thread/topic?

在瀏覽帖子時，點「回覆帖子」即可進入功能齊全的回覆界面。當然您也可以使用版塊下面的「快速回覆」發表回 覆(如果此選項打開)。注意，一般論壇都設置為需要登入後才能回覆。


Yes, this is done the same as posting a new one, except that you must be in a thread, and you need to click "Post Reply" instead of "Post new Topic. Moderators may close a thread to disable members' replying it.

Is it possible to delete a message?

瀏覽帖子時可以按下面的「編輯帖子」，對於您自己發表的帖子，可以很容易的編輯和刪除。但當這帖是整個主題 的起始帖時，則會刪除該主題和全部回覆。


You can edit a post by clicking on the "Edit Post" button underneath your message. You can only edit your own posts and sometimes this feature is disabled.

If you want something deleted, pm a moderator or admin.

Can i post attachments?

可以。您可以在任何支持上傳附件的版塊中，通過發新帖、或者回覆的方式上傳附件（只要您的權限足夠）。附件 不能超過系統限定尺寸，且在可用類型的範圍內才能上傳。

Yes you can insert an attachment with any of your posts. The file size of the attachment must be under PHP and your group's upperlimit. You can attach a file on the New Thread and Post Reply pages with the upload field.

What are smilies?

Smilies 是一些用字符表示的表情符號，如果打開 Smilies 功能，Sakurahana 會把一些符號轉換成小圖像，顯示在帖子中，更加美觀明瞭。目前支持下面這些


Smilies are the little faces to the left of the input for message, they display graphical faces instead of simply a :).

How do i create/vote on a poll?

您可以像發帖一樣在版塊中發起投票。每行輸入一個可能的選項（最多10個），您可以通過閱讀這個投票帖選出 自己的答案，每人只能投票一次，之後將不能再對您的選擇做出更改。

管理員擁有隨時關閉和修改投票選項的權力。


You can create a poll by visiting the forum you want to post the poll in and click on New Poll. The screen following after you click the button is just like a normal new thread page but has an extra box for Poll Answers. You should enter one answer per line with a maximum of 10 answers all together and set whether this poll can be multiple choice.

You can vote on polls in threads by visiting the thread with the poll in it and selecting the option you want to vote for, then clicking the submit button. You can only vote on a poll once, so once you vote, you can not change your mind.

The Administrators or Moderators may edit or disable a poll.
