if you can get your hands uppon tsuyokiss doujinshis , EVERY character in that is a tsundere type.

Otherwise just browse the wikipedia tsundere article for outstanding examples, or name additional characteristics of the type of mangas you are looking for ( esp. demographic target )

megadere as the name lets guess is *somehow* tsundere too, though there is no official manga variant, hatenkou yuugi, mahou sensei negima, kore ga atashi no goshujin-sama ( <-- overboard ecchiness warning ), full metal panic, venus versus virus's lucia isn t neccessarily tsundere but tends into that direction alot...
... and last because best: genshiken. hentai-drawing ogiue > ANYONE else.

I'm surprised no one has mentioned Shakugan no Shana or Zero no Tsukaima. Rie Kugimiya a good tsundere does make. And yes, they both have mangas, this isn't in the wrong section.

Thinking about it, the fushigi yuugi genbu kaiden ( esp. chamuka ) are quite tsundere, too.
