It's a rip-off of Great Teacher Onizuka,,, seriously

some stupid emo kid, getting beaten up by bullies

he decides to jump off the building

then the stupid pervert teacher saving him

lands on,,,?

The vice-principals cresta,,, er car,,,-_-

The Breaker, starts off with a rip-off of one of my favorite mangas,,,

why is this here lol? if you wanted to discuss the manga you shoulda made it in the manga thread, also The Breaker has similarities to GTO, but I wouldn't call it a rip off seeing as the stories are completely different... This story seems to include more of Shiwoon , where as in GTO Noburu would come in once in awhile. Dont judge the breaker and call it a rip off of GTO unless you've read all the chapters to The Breaker and compared them to GTO.

Sheesh, Poetic, and Raguna already said half of what I was gonna say XD.

Well first of all, you call the teacher (Forgot his name...so hard to remember Korean names in Manwha XD) a stupid pervert teacher, you didn't need to add the pervert, so I guess you don't like the pervert side of him. Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't Great teacher Onizuka a pervert too? He was peeking up skirts at the beginning of the story right?

And Great teacher Onizuka focuses on students one after the other, while The Breaker just focuses on Shin Woon (XD His name is the only one I remember...plus that friend girl (Yes I meant friend girl) of his...I just don't know how to spell her name XD)

So yeah The Breaker has some elements that are similar to great Teacher Onizuka, but basically only in the first few chapters, from what I see from the RAWs, this stories NOTHING like Great teacher Onizuka in Volume 2+

Oh, and if you read the latest chapter, he actually fought back, so he's not emo anymore. (Or wimpy XD Yay for Hongster!)

Plus, the teacher isn't serious about his occupation as a teacher, unlike Onizuka, but you're talking about plot, not characters...so you got me there XD

EDIT: BTW, he didn't jump off the building technically. (You might be thinking of the summary, where he jumped off a bridge, but then you mentioned the car..so I guess not XD) He fell off, along with the teacher, because the rail was rusty, the whole thing was an accident.

The breaker is a nice manga. I can see the plot becoming much more interesting later on. But i dun think it is a GTO rip off. defenitely not
