Plot Summary: Sixteen-year-old Seto Ichitaka is a completely normal Japanese boy who has a crush on Yoshizuki Iori, a girl in his class who has become so popular she now has her own fan club at school. Since the day he first saw Iori-chan, Ichitaka has been too shy to even talk to her, but one day he has the perfect opportunity: he’s selected randomly to work with her on the two-person Freshman Welcoming Ceremony Committee. Just as things are starting to go well, Ichitaka’s childhood “girlfriend,” Itsuki, returns from the U.S., to live in his house, at the worst possible moment. Ichitaka spends the rest of high school dealing with his emotions and trying to get together with Iori-chan, even though he never lets go of the feeling that she’s uninterested in him, despite her kindness and friendliness towards him. In the end he’ll be glad he persevered.

its nice the way you see the chars growing up and changing minds etc.. i really loved it and i could finaly finish reading it a while ago, its a nice love story, i loved it ;___;

Read I"s a loooonggg time a go. Have lost some of the volumes now... its pretty hard to find the one that is uncensored.

Not really paying attention to the character development, but I must say that this manga is pretty good with all the classic problems in japan.

I read this a while back, it was the first time I read a manga that wasn't just an action oriented shounen anime or something that was mostly comedy. there was actual drama and I found it hard to not skip a head a few pages to see what happened.

this has been one of the best mangas i've ever read but sadly IMO the end sucks... don't ask me why... it's just that everything seemed to finish developing and then end really fast...

I kind of agree I disliked the ending, I liked the drama that built up to it, but the ending itself was a let down, both versions >.<

The ending was weak, but the story as a whole was great. So many different emotions were plausible while reading I"s. And its not like the end was the beginning of a new relationship like most other harem seem to be.

Most Japanese manga endings suck lol. I don't know why but they build up a good story and give it a bad ending. I like this manga though still haven't finished reading. O.o

so yes it does have two ending but they both kind of suck and so me are pretty much the same thing
