Has anyone here ever wanted to make a comic book?

Just wondering...

Me personally, yes. I want to make one about a serial killer. Sorta like Dexter but my main character will be more badass and he'll kill people with a completely different set of reasons. (which I have a few different ideas about.) The genre will be Horror, Romance, Comedy.

So I guess the question is this:

Have you ever wanted to make a comic?
If you did, about what?
What type of beginning or ending would you use?

Feel free to interpret this thread in anyway you want.

I'd love to become a mangaka and I'm doing litle mini comics at the moment too. I'm doing one called the Seiji Sawamura Saga, then there's a sasunaru one, and then I'm plotting and drawing up 8 stories of my own!XD

ever think about it but forgot it cuz dun have any drawing skill especially on the effect and totally blind in create the mood through drawing

juz able 2 make some short story
and the idea u got juz makes me think tat ur story will b like v for vendetta, phantom of the opera, dracula

I started thinking it already when I was in the first year of Elementary School...

I've been just too lazy. The only reason I've wanted to do comics, is because I really wanna create something that'll move people's hearts.
And I have so many ideas, but I just don't know how to arrange them.

If I would do comic, it would probably be something like Kingdom Hearts or Bleach...
I don't know. :<

I tend to make mini comics that are like five panles and they are usually just making fun of a book or manga XDD. But yeah Making a comic looks like alot of fun and with my imagination it could work.

A comic book, me and my friend did one in like 3rd grade. "Mustard Man and Ketchup Boy"

But I really wanna make a comic/manga/whatever. but i dont wanna draw lawl.

I had to make one back in high school for a project, 20 pages it had to be, story line was good, but artistic skill wasn't that great (still isint) and dint get the font size large enough. luckily i still got a passing grade :P

i allways wanted to make a comic book, since i love adventure type of comic. i guess if i make a comic book then it will be an adventure comic with lots of women in it and in the end the main character have them all...

Yep that's my storyline I got 21 chapters already each are 4 pages(front and back) it's suppose to go all the way to chapter 89, plus I got other anime ideas.This is my dream job.

Yeah, currently, for school, i'm making one about a defective robot from russia fighting people with abnormal powers. i always wanted to make one about a guy fighting off a zombie infestation with a baseball bat.
...believe me when i say that i intend that one to be more awesome than it sounds.

I once penned one out for the fun of it. It was basic, just two guys fighting, with mock engrish dialogue and clichés of fighting comics and manga. I originally planned to animate it but it was too fun just drawing. I ended up doing around 40 or so pages back to back. Me being me, I left it on the floor where the f**king cleaning lady threw it out.
