ok, so lets wait for more new character coming in soulcalibur...
Lately there is more and more "mixed" fighting game.

the games not bad id give it a 8/10 though the story mode coulda been alot better...the endings for the story coulda been alot long too...

I defeated him once in arcade, with Amy, not by luck, but he seemed easier. Got pwned about 6 times in a row, and then he becomes a lil bit slow? Dunno if it happened to you, seems kinda weird to me.

i give this game 7/10 the fighting is fun but the plot/story is too short they coulda made it longer

I'm buy this game only for Character Creation and Critical Finish... But i'm little dissapointed in Critical Finish (maybe i'm compare with Fatality from Mortal Kombat....)

A pretty good game considering the graphics and the fighting mechanics, but didn't like how short the story mode for the characters was. Also disappointed about them not including a chronicle of the swords mode like last time in this installment. If you had to rate it would be around a 7 or 8 on a scale of 10, but hey that's just me.

An awesome game, but somehow the movements are not as fluid as they where on soulcalibur III.
Also is very fun play with Yoda, I'm almost buying the ps3 version to play with Darth Vader as well.

I rented this game, and it was awesome. The only thing that I don't like is the new system that they have for the weapons. I mean it is kind of weird to have to set up a custom character to use the different weapons. Other than that I love this game.

It's alright (as is the rest of the series), but obviously no Virtua Fighter. The new mechanics regarding breaking their armour, and the "Soul Crush" thing is just making it easier for button-mashing scrubs to win with no effort.
Still fun, but not a very serious kind of fun (definately more than DoA obviously -- do people play that for gameplay? and maybe Tekkan (Dial-a-combo).
