Hmmm.... I'm not sure about touching, but I did cry at the end of Kingdom Hearts. *sob* Poor Riku.... That touched me. There are probably others, but I can't think of them. Oh, how about Kakashi touching me in a physical way, ehehehehe^^

I would have to say, when that archer girl on heavenly sword "died", and the scene on Silent Hill 2 before you fight the two pyramid heads.

oh god... i never thought i would say this but... the game last remnant... the entire game you think your family member gets killed then you find them (alive) them think they die again... still not sure if it was touching or just stressfull/vexing but w/e
