Harvey Dent.
Why would you want to know a non citizen's opinion on a U.S. Representative Democracy debate? Absurd.

I dislike both of the candidates.
Obama may have been a senate, but I don't think he has the ability to back up his statements. He promises many things, but I see no progress just campaign acts

McCain, is overall good, but the fact that Sarah Palin bothers me like no other practically disrupts my opinion of him. The fact that he's very old, could lead to the fact that he's likely more likely to catch some form of illness or problem and would be forced to resign.

Hopefully niether of the two get re-elected and give a chance for other maybe more better candidates try. Ron Paul was forced to resign with a media conspiracy, very little chances to advertise, yet he dominated in debates.

EDIT: This belongs in the debates section.

Bang...

Obama.

Anyone who takes a good look at American history can see that when Republicans are voted into office, our country crumbled. Then the public relied on Democrats to bring us back, and the cycle began again. (Excluding the very early presidencies of course, because back then every president actually stayed true to the constitution.)

I myself am not impressed with either candidate, but pick your poison. Who's going to be worse? I'd rather vote for a man who is trying to fight for the middle class rather than the obscenely rich.

It's not surprising that, so far, with 24 votes, Obama is dominating this poll, sample sizes and other statistical issues aside.

The current crop of far right Republicans that dominate the party tend to be very xenophobic. Take the candidate that has them most excited. Palin has only been out of the country once, and that's to visit Alaskan National Guardsmans in Kuwait. She may be able to see Russia from her governors mansion in Alaska, but I doubt that it's ever occured to her to wonder about their culture.

It's hard for me to imagine many in the McCain/Palin camp caring very much about Japanese comics.

eh we need a major change and the Republicans had there shot and a screwed up everything so let someone else take a shot or at least fix it so you can screw it all up again. on a side note its nice to know that a idiot can become president proves anyone can lead a country down into the dumps

Seeing as it's fair to say that Dubya took the US international reputation, dropped it in a blender with a turd, left the lid off and hit frappe, I'm not surprised that I see a lot of support for the Not Republican. The election is getting near, so we're seeing a lot of last-ditch effort from the McCain-Palin ticket. It's not going well for them.

To the people who poked the McCain option on this poll: Care to comment? I wanna know what influenced your choice.

i'm not for US and I vote Obama. The real crisis now is the finance and Mcain doesn't know finance at all -.- plus, he'll prob be Bush no.2, meaning go to war -> continue causing bloodshed due to being a busy body -> no money -> get debts -> economy goes down the drain AFFECTING THE REST OF THE WORLD TOO ya like they care. well, mainly cuz they are from the same party and he supports US staying in Iraq. Not to mention he's so old -> doesn't know the technology and stuff etcetc. i read somewhere that he doesn't have an email but i'm not sure if that's true. Also, he'll prob die soon PLUS he ran for the US president a few times and failed them all already, kinda shows that he's sort of a loser :P

and i don't like his face.
and he and sarah palin have about nothing in common -.- Palin's just a figurehead anyway.
i could go on forever, but i'll stop here XD

Obama better not get assasinated though >_> he's not handsome but he's WAY better than mcain. just hope the americans aren't too racist and go against him just cuz he's black -.-

thankies to Lina chan for the sig!! ^^
