Man murdered in toilet dispute

A NEW Yorker who was dragged from the rest room of a nightclub by two men who accused him of taking too long on the toilet has been charged with a botched revenge killing.

Luis Paulino, 47, was using the bathroom at a Bronx night spot when two men started banging on the door, and then, after growing increasingly impatient, kicked it down and pulled him out so they could use it.

According to the New York Post, Mr Paulino told police he then went home and fetched his gun and returned to the club to get his revenge.

Mr Paulino is accused of shooting two men, one of them fatally, when he returned.

But according to the Post, investigators believe Mr Paulino may have shot the wrong men.

Witnesses quoted by the Post said Mr Paulino had occupied the men's room for "a very, very long time".

Rite... he was probably sleeping in the toilet as i witnessed last nite, when i saw some1 being dragged out of the toilet from my local pub sleeping.

Unbelievable, I'm surprised the two guys broke down the door; I guess they were desperate to use it eh. Would you risk the chance of seeing something embarrassing like seeing another guy taking a dump? I wouldn't have waited and instead-->check out a water closet in another building down the street.

In the end, the fact this guy shot the wrong people, there's no need justify anything for him.
