I know many of you are probably skeptical about this article, but I just wanted to know if there is anyone who knows where I can either DL or watch this anime? Dragonball is a classic and I never got to finish the series so, if there is anyone out there who knows information regarding my question, I would like to thank you for you suggestions....

Well, you can download the episodes right off of this site in the Completed Animes section.

As for online... I don't really watch anime online anymore, so I'd go with almost any random site you can find. :/
