Generally, Kadokawa USA does not actually distribute anime in North America directly, but partners with other, more established companies. No specific distributor for any of the six series has been named yet.
Updated. The original Japanese title of Coo ~ Our Guardian is Wagaya no Oinarisama., and it was also included in Kadokawa USA's cease-and-desist letter to AnimeSuki.

I'm not surprised about Rental Magica and H2O, I'm more surprised about Ninomiya-kun

(Spice and Wolf included, though not as surprised when compared to Ninomiya-kun)

yea spice and wolf and ninomiya-kun are both pretty suprising considering all the light novels and mangas that go along with them
